Our title agents are knowledgeable in title issues, diligently inspect and review the property title; hold funds in escrow; prepare your closing documents; issue your title insurance; administer the closing; and disburse funds necessary to complete your transaction.

JoAnn Segundo – Founder & Managing Partner
With nearly 20 years of experience in the title industry, JoAnn Segundo is the founder and managing partner of Hampton Roads TItle, LLC proudly serving the Hampton Roads community. Licensed as a title agent and with a strong background working for both law firms and title companies, JoAnn launched her own firm in 2020 with a clear mission: to make the real estate closing process smooth, timely, and stress-free for clients and agents alike.
JoAnn specializes in residential and commercial closings, with a particular passion for guiding first-time homebuyers through each step of the transaction. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to customer service, she ensures every client gets to the closing table with confidence.
Originally from Texas, JoAnn moved to Virginia nearly two decades ago through a military relocation and has proudly called Hampton Roads home ever since.

Earon was born and raised in Newport News and grew up around the real estate industry with her mother doing title examination and title insurance since the 80’s. Earon obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from Liberty University, and before joining our team at Hampton Roads Title held job positions that shaped her attention to detail, multi-tasking, legal and real estate knowledge, and office management skills. Earon furthered her knowledge in real estate settlements by becoming a VLTA Certified Title Settlement Agent.
She has a passion for ensuring the buying and selling process is smooth for all parties involved.

Outside of work she enjoys live music, being outside (when it's warm!) and spending time with her daughter and German shepherd.

As a Post Closer at Hampton Roads Title, LLC, I bring four years of experience ensuring every real estate transaction is completed with accuracy, organization, and dependable follow‑through. I manage the full scope of post‑closing responsibilities, from document review to coordinating recordings and final disbursements, to support a smooth and confident closing experience for clients and partners. Before entering the title industry, I served over 12 years in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Ground Equipment maintainer, where I developed a strong foundation in precision, discipline, and problem‑solving. I carry that same commitment to excellence into every file I handle.
